Do you ship overseas?
We offer international shipping on parts & accessories only. Unfortunately we cannot ship Horse Floats internationally.
Is an account required to order?
An account is not required to order. However we recommend it so that you can keep track of all of your orders in the one place and easily look up information from previous orders.
How long does it take to ship orders?
When the item is in stock, we'll send it out on the same day for orders placed before midday.
If you order after midday and the item is in stock, it will be dispatched on the next business day.
and lastly, if the item is currently not available, we'll reach out to you to confirm the expected timeframe, which typically falls within 2 to 4 weeks.
